Hello, Mount Members and Friends! These are your announcements…

1. Now calling all hands-on deck.  If you are interested in assisting with this year’s picnic in any capacity, please join us on April 30th at 6:30 pm in the Family Life Center as we continue to plan for our 125th picnic celebration.  We need you to help make this year’s picnic a success.  We can’t wait to see what the Lord has in store for us.  We are looking forward to seeing you there.
2. Please mark your calendars for May 4th at 8:00 a.m. and come out and join the Brotherhood in the Mount Sinai Dining Area for Food, Fun, Fellowship and the Word. Our Breakfast Theme Focus will be Prayer, Faith, Trust, and Hope: Our Spiritual Weapons. Our Scripture Focus will be Psalm 91: 1-2. We hope to see you there!!!
3. Picnic T Shirts are now available for purchase through May 12th.  Shirts may be purchased in the foyer after Sunday service and anytime throughout the week in the facilities office.  Adults $15, (3x and above $17) Youth $12.  Payment is due at the time the order is placed.
4. Are you ready to run?  Join us on Friday evening May 3rd and May 17th at 7:30 pm as we spend a little time in the Word and then we are off and running with Friday night hoops!  Lace them up and we’ll see you there.
5. We are looking for ALL of our Young Adults to join us on Thursday on Zoom at 7 pm for our Young Adult Bible Study!!! The Refresh and Refuel Young Adult Bible Study is an energetic bible study that includes icebreakers, relevant hot topics, and relevant biblical lessons. Your presence is greatly appreciated as we continue to grow together!!!
6. Are you still trying to decide where you can serve here at The Mount? Well, look no further. The General Services Auxiliary, known as GSA, is looking for a few good servants to meet, greet, and seat our members and guests. Come join us at our next meeting. We meet the first and third Friday of each month at 6:30 PM, right here in the Sanctuary. We look forward to meeting you.
7. It’s May and there’s a lot of attention on our Seniors! No, not those Seniors. On our Seniors’ Ministry. All members above 55 are welcomed to join us on the 1^st and 3^rd Fridays at 11 am. We have a great time and we’d love to have you join us!
8. We are LOOKING for you! If you had a birthday on or after September 18, 2023 and on or before August 17, 2024, and you turned 80 years young; or if you know of someone turning 80 years young, please contact Sister Carol D. Taylor at 512-743-8887.
9. Women’s Ministry is collecting donations to give gift cards to teachers at our adopted school, Pecan Springs Elementary, for Teacher Appreciation Week (May 6-10,2024).
